In order to protect the stable operation and
service life of the equipment, the maintenance of SANY STC2200 crane is
especially critical. Through scientific maintenance mechanism and regular
inspection, it can effectively prevent failures, reduce operating costs and
improve operational efficiency.
Daily maintenance: the first line of defense
for stable operation
Operators should carry out daily maintenance before each shift and make records. Core items include:
Lubrication system check: timely check the oil quantity and quality of each reducer of the hoisting, slewing and traction mechanism, etc. Standard gear oil is required and ensure that the oil is clean and free of impurities.
Grease filling: If the bearing lubrication is insufficient, it should be supplemented with No.2 calcium-based grease in time to ensure the smoothness of the rotating parts of the equipment.
Electrical system inspection: check whether the power cable is broken and whether the connection is secure, and at the same time remove the dust to prevent electrical failure.
Fastener inspection: regularly confirm whether the connection bolts and rope cards are loose, especially whether the fixed end of the wire rope is firm.
Confirmation of safety system: Including
contactor contacts, electric control device, lifting torque limiter, brake and
other safety critical parts, all need to be maintained in good condition.
Regular Maintenance: Guarantee the medium and
long term stable operation
It is recommended to carry out regular maintenance once every half a month, covering all the daily maintenance items and adding the following work:
Pressure injection of grease in key parts: including pulleys, supports, slewing bearings and other key parts.
Wire rope adjustment: with the use of longer time, the wire rope may be elongated, need to re-tensioning, and synchronized adjustment of the limit device.
Fastening and Replacement: Check and replace the fasteners of high-frequency use parts as necessary to ensure reliable connection.
Electrical insulation check: prevent the
hidden danger of leakage caused by aging insulation.
Half-yearly inspection: comprehensively
safeguard the state of the equipment
A comprehensive technical inspection should be organized every six months, including:
Metal structure inspection: If damage, deformation or weld cracks of parts are found, they need to be repaired in time to ensure that the structural strength is not affected.
Renewal of wear parts: inspection and replacement of wear parts such as bolts, pins and small wheels.
System cleaning and maintenance: cleaning and refueling of each reducer and bearing system to improve operation efficiency.
Brake and safety device maintenance: overhaul
the slewing gear and brake system to ensure precise operation and personnel
safety.
