As the mountains at the Yunnan-Guizhou intersection climb in height, the coal mines in such a highland environment put forward new demands on engineering operations. The LE59-X2 pure electric loaders from Shantui are present in the mines here, and are working in full swing in the all-weather uniform battle. This new group of pure electric stars will add to the progress of the project.
As a city
on top of the Yunnan-Guizhou plateau, it is located in a mountainous area with
an average altitude of 2130 metres and abundant hydrology, coupled with the
high demand for time energy efficiency in mining operations, the choice of
equipment has become a key point affecting the effectiveness of the coal mine.
Shantui
visited mines, exchanged demands, innovated technology for the special working
conditions of heavy-duty operation in coal mines, and created the LE59-X2 pure
electric loader adapted to mountainous mines. With its zero emission, green and
low energy consumption and high horsepower, high range and strong loading
performance, it has quickly opened up the market since its launch and become an
active new star in large area and large weight operations.
As the
third generation of Shantui's pure electric loader, the LE59-X2 is equipped
with a tri-electric system of a well-known domestic brand and Shantui's
self-developed control strategy for the whole machine. The pure electric drive
avoids high fuel consumption, reduces equipment usage costs and truly achieves
zero emissions and pollution.
In
addition, the Shantui LE59-X2 pure electric loader meets all the requirements
of mining operations in practice, thanks to its excellent performance in power
response, operability and reliability. The LE59-X2 is equipped with a world
class battery pack, which provides strong power and high horsepower to match
the operation of the mine; secondly, it has a range of 6-10 hours of continuous
operation; in addition, the LE59-X2 is equipped with a large capacity bucket of
3.3 to 4.8 cubic meters, which combines loading power and high efficiency.
At
present, the coal mine has six Shantui LE59-X2 pure electric loaders, and
another eight electric loaders of the same type will be purchased to
"rendezvous" in the main battlefield of the mine this year.

efficiency and reduce costs, while the service team also follow the front line,
