building materials industry demonstration base was officially put into
operation. The

center, three systems" number intelligence system. Management and
production labor were reduced by more than 50%. Intelligent
production control system 4.0 to provide equipment health assessment for
enterprises to ensure production safety and stability.
The intelligent production system has been comprehensively upgraded, and modules such as intelligent equipment health assessment and intelligent fault diagnosis have been introduced, visual monitoring of equipment status has made the production process more reliable.
Photovoltaic energy storage: Energy saving
drives green production
The factory has 2.3 MW distributed photovoltaic, and its annual power generation is 3.5 million KWH, with an average daily power generation of 8000 KWH, and the pursuit of zero external power purchase. It can meet the demand for production and office electricity in the factory and reduce the use of purchased electricity.
New energy equipment: Green and low-carbon to
help reduce costs and increase efficiency

mixing trucks, new energy loaders, power stations and other new energy
equipment, to replace fossil fuel with green electric, to achieve zero fossil
energy, zero carbon emissions at the same time, fundamentally reduce costs,
