Following the successful arrival of the
first batch of core equipment on January 11, SANY Group's regional supply
center in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, has officially commenced operations.
This center will provide integrated logistics and service support to 82
countries and regions across the Middle East and Africa, marking a crucial step
forward in SANY's global supply chain strategy and serving as a significant
milestone in the upgrade of its overseas logistics network.
Launched in September 2025, this project
serves as a vital strategic node within SANY's global supply chain system.
Through innovative bonded business models, in-depth field research, and
optimized procurement processes, the project achieved key milestones within
just four months. Spare parts warehousing and shipping commenced in December of
the same year, demonstrating efficient construction and rapid implementation
capabilities while laying a solid foundation for regional service assurance.
Operationally, the supply center
continuously advances digital transformation by deploying advanced warehouse
management systems and systematically optimizing regional equipment
transportation solutions. This comprehensively enhances logistics efficiency and
delivery reliability while reducing overall operational costs, gradually
building a replicable and scalable regional supply chain network.
Centered on enhancing logistics and service
capabilities, the hub prioritizes two core missions. First, leveraging Dubai's
global logistics hub advantages, it establishes a customer-centric regional
distribution model enabling rapid response and highly reliable service. This is
projected to reduce overall parts delivery cycles by approximately 35%,
significantly improving customer experience and service performance. Second,
the center assumes centralized dispatch and logistics coordination functions
for major equipment. By integrating regional demand planning and deepening
collaboration with global logistics partners, it continuously optimizes
transportation organization and delivery processes. Phased achievements have
already been made in cost control, transportation timeliness stability, and
delivery reliability.
Li Guofeng, Chairman of SANY Logistics, stated that the Dubai Regional Supply Center will serve as a vital platform supporting the company's international expansion. Moving forward, SANY will leverage this foundation to continuously refine its global supply chain layout, strengthen overseas delivery and service capabilities, further elevate global customer service standards, and drive more robust and sustainable international growth for the enterprise.
