1. The bucket should be filled with the load
At the beginning, dig with the power of the bucket, then make the bucket teeth to the direction of digging, and control the operating lever to dig shallowly with a practical full stroke, then the bucket can be filled cleanly.
At the end of digging, the action of bucket rod retraction is quickly changed to bucket rod outreach. At this time, the sand gathered at the bucket teeth will fall on the inside of the bucket, which will have the effect of leveling the sand.
2. Select the digging angle according to the condition of the soil
Select the digging angle of the bucket according to the softness or hardness of the soil. For soft soil, increase the digging angle to dig deeper and end the digging in a short distance.
For hard soil, reduce the digging angle to reduce the digging resistance. However, for hard soil that is difficult for bucket teeth to bite into, if the digging angle is increased, digging can be made easy.
3. Effective use of digging force
Generally speaking, digging within 65° between 50° forward and 15° inward again with the bucket bar perpendicular to the ground can make the bucket reach full shovel and is the most effective method.
4. Posture where strong digging is required
The digging force is mainly the traction force of the bucket bar and the digging force of the bucket. The maximum digging force is exerted when the bucket rod pin is at 90° to the bucket rod cylinder.
