Recently, Cummins and Sany Heavy Machinery jointly held the 15th Sany Heavy Machinery Service Technical Games in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, which is an annual event in the field of excavator service. With the theme of ‘Building a Strong Foundation, Gathering New Potential and Winning the Future’, the conference aimed to further improve the professional skills and service level of technicians through skills competitions. Leaders from Sany Heavy Machinery and Cummins, as well as technical elites from all over the country gathered together to participate in this feast of technical exchange.
At the opening ceremony, Huang Jingjing, China Marketing and Sales Director of Cummins Engine Division, delivered a speech, highly praising Sany Heavy Machinery's outstanding achievements in the field of construction machinery. She pointed out that with the deepening cooperation between Cummins and Sany Heavy Machinery, the product integration is increasing and efficient service guarantee becomes more and more important.
The Games comprehensively examined the players' comprehensive ability in the theory of National IV engine and aftertreatment system, precise diagnosis of faults, and practical challenges. In the course of the competition, the contestants, faced with all kinds of complex faults, showed their high technical level and dedicated service attitude, whether they were conducting precise fault detection or executing efficient maintenance operations. Their exquisite skills and excellent performance won high praise from the audience and judges.
Since the implementation of the National IV emission regulations, Cummins off-road National IV engines have won wide recognition in the market by virtue of their strong power, reliability and fuel economy. Meanwhile, Cummins off-road National IV emission treatment system has also laid a solid foundation for the cooperation between the two parties with its outstanding safety and reliability.
Cummins engines have also made significant progress in intelligence. Relying on the Telematics data cloud and intelligent active diagnostic system, it can warn of existing and potential faults in advance and push work orders to the service station according to the severity level of the faults, effectively reducing the time for service appointments and overhauling services, and improving the vehicle attendance rate. In addition, the modular design makes engine maintenance more efficient and easy to repair and maintain, saving time and money, while reducing unnecessary consumption of replacement parts. Cummins engine can also easily cope with high-intensity continuous operation, and has been used by users for more than 8,000 hours without dust removal to meet the needs of harsh working conditions.
