October 11, CRUKING welcomed a customer who had
previously placed an order for a JAC forklift. As the production of the machine
was nearing completion, the customer expressed interest in visiting China to
handle additional business matters and take the opportunity to tour the factory
and inspect the ordered equipment in person.
Upon arrival, the customer was warmly received
by our team and guided through a comprehensive factory tour. During the visit,
the customer observed the production process, assembly procedures, and quality
inspection steps, gaining a deeper understanding of JAC’s manufacturing
standards and product reliability. When inspecting his forklift on-site, the customer expressed strong satisfaction with its workmanship, structure, and
overall build quality.
Throughout the visit, our team provided
detailed explanations about JAC forklift features, performance advantages, and
market positioning. The customer shared that the positive experience not only
strengthened his confidence in the brand but also inspired him to explore new
business opportunities. He noted that upon returning to his home country, he
plans to develop the local forklift market and potentially introduce JAC
products as part of his expanding business portfolio.
